By renting inflatable bounce houses or related equipment from Jolly Jumpers, you (“Renter” or “Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Terms of Return
- All rentals are for the agreed rental period, typically daily-rental, overnight, or weekend rentals.
- Equipment must be ready for pickup at the scheduled time unless prior arrangements have been made.
- The Renter must ensure access to power within 50 feet of the setup location.
Deposit Policy
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit must be paid via cashapp to $AyannaSidity (Sarah Martin)
- This deposit is applied toward the total rental balance.
- The remaining balance is due upon delivery prior to installation.
State of Return
- Inflatables must be returned clean, dry, and in the same condition as delivered.
- A walk-thru will be conducted with both Jolly Jumpers and the renter after installment set-up, and prior to pick-up to assess the state of the rental(s) condition.
- Excessive dirt, feces, food, or stains may result in a $50 cleaning fee which will be due at the time of pick-up/set-up.
- Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement charges which will be due at the time of pick-up
Return Policy
- Cancelations will result in no deposit being refunded.
- Weather inclement issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and if possible, another date may be selected.
- To initiate a cancellation or report an issue, please contact us directly via phone, text, or email. Our team will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Safety Rules
- Adult supervision is required at all times during the use of inflatable equipment.
- No food, drinks, gum, shoes, sharp objects, pets, or silly string inside or near the bounce house.
- If weather becomes unsafe during use, customers must deflate and stop use immediately.
- Equipment must not be moved from the setup location.
- The Renter must ensure the setup area is clear of hazards, including pet waste, rocks, sharp objects, and debris etc.
Weather Policy
- We reserve the right to cancel or postpone delivery in unsafe weather conditions (e.g., high winds, thunderstorms).
- If weather becomes unsafe during use, customers must deflate and stop use immediately.
- If renter decides to cancel prior to arrival due to inclement weather, the $50 non-refundable deposit may be used for another date within a 30 day-period (depending on availability). Deposit will not be refunded for cancellations for any other reasons.
Damage / Liability
- The Renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Payment is due at that time. In the event that court fees are accumulated, the customer/renter will assume full liability.
- The Renter agrees to pay for repair or replacement costs if equipment is damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Jolly Jumpers is not responsible for injuries occurring to persons using the equipment. The Renter assumes full responsibility for the safety of all participants.
Additional Fees
- Delivery, setup, and pickup are included in the rental price within our standard service area. Additional fees may apply for extended distances.
- If Jolly Jumpers arrives at your destination for your reservation and you decide not to move forward with the rental, renter is responsible to pay 50% of the remaining balance to Jolly Jumpers at that time.
- Excessive dirt, food, feces, or stains etc. may result in a $50 cleaning fee.
- Renter will have the set-up area clean and cut at delivery, or renter will be charged a $50 delay fee for any delays that are not the fault of Jolly Jumper's. After 20 minutes Jolly Jumpers has the right to refuse services, and the renter will be responsible to pay 50% of the remaining balance at that time.
- Renter understands and agrees that they are only allowed to ask Jolly Jumpers to rearrange the rental once at no charge, and then after there will be a $30 fee per move.
- Card, cashapp, and tap payments will have an additional 2% charge in addition to taxes.
- At the discretion of Jolly Jumpers, same day bookings are accepted at an additional rate of $65
Indemnification
By renting from Jolly Jumpers, the Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Jolly Jumpers rentals, its owners, and employees from any and all claims, injuries, or damages arising from the use of our equipment.
Agreement
By booking with Jolly Jumpers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, the information stated on the rental agreement, and the guidelines stated amongst the website.
